In our seminar you will learn the most important methods and instruments of change management and how to use them appropriately. You will know the success factors for initiating, designing and anchoring changes in companies. These include all relevant aspects: from the emotional experience of those affected to the communication strategy and monitoring. In this way you create a valuable basis for successfully mastering your change project.
