Have you often asked yourself why your customers or colleagues do not react to you as you expected?
The DiSG® personality model is a simple tool for understanding your own behavior and the various behavioral tendencies of other people.
DISG® is the world’s most popular and most widely used personality test. It assesses your inclinations and preferences and describes your individual behavioral patterns – without judging your value or abilities.
In our seminar, you will gain a deeper understanding of your preferred communication style and recognize how you come across to people with different personality profiles. You will learn to assess the personality profiles of your colleagues and customers and to adapt your communication accordingly. In this way, you will acquire the necessary skills to convey your message, create positive interactions in customer and colleague contact and make your counterpart feel good.
Before the seminar, you will receive a link that you can use to take your own DISG® test. Please bring the results with you to the seminar.
